Suggested Use: Shake well. Add 2-3 "squirts" (what comes up in one draw of the dropper - it will not be full; approximately 15 drops per "squirt") to a bit of warm water and drink about 30 minutes before meals or when convenient.
Precautions: Not appropriate for pregnancy or when breastfeeding. May lower blood glucose levels, so if being treated for diabetes, be aware and monitor BG levels appropriately.
