Frankincense resin (Boswellia carterii), Slippery Elm bark (Ulmus rubra),Ginger root (Zingiber officinalis), Yarrow leaf & flower(Achillea millefolium), Hawthorn berry (Crataegus laevigata), Oregon Grape root (Mahonia aquifolium) Wormwood herb(Artemisia absinthus). Grain alcohol 60%, spring water. Strength 1:5.

Contains botanicals recognized for either their anti-inflammatory, soothing, anti-viral/bacterial, or immune system strengthening properties. Formulated to support healthy intestinal function in the person suffering from Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or irritable bowel syndrome.
Suggested Use: Shake well. Add 2-4 "squirts" (what comes up in one draw of the dropper - it will not be full; approximately 15 drops per "squirt") to a bit of warm water and drink 3-4 times daily as needed.
Take one day off out of each seven for enhanced overall response.
Precautions: Not for use during pregnancy. Many medicinal plants contain natural blood-thinning properties, so use with caution if using blood-thinning medications.

great results!
I have crohn's disease and ibs which I have been managing by myself for the past 3 years. Since using this product I have had less flair ups then I did on prescription medication without any side effects.
