Description
Cramp bark (Viburnum opulus), Yarrow leaf & flower (Achillea millefolium), Shepherd's Purse (Capsella bursapastoris). Grain alcohol 60%, spring water. Strength 1:5.
Cramp bark is effective at reducing the cramping associated with painful periods; both yarrow and Shepherd's purse are effective for excessive internal bleeding/hemorrhage but will not overly thicken the blood.*
Suggested Use: Shake well. Add 2-6 ml (1 "squirt is about 1 ml or 15 drops) to a small amount of water and drink 3-4 times daily. Begin using as soon as your period starts or, even better, get ahead of the game and start using when you know your period is just around the corner. This is better used on a scheduled dose (every so many hours) rather than on an as-needed basis until you period is over.
