Suggested Use: Shake well. Each draw of the dropper - what comes up into the dropper with one draw - is about 1 ml or 15 drops. It isn't rocket science. Add 2-5 droppers/mls/30-75 drops to a bit of warm water as desired or as recommended by your qualified, trusted health consultant. Use 3-4 times daily. Take one day off - a "Sabbath" rest - one day out of seven for enhanced response.
