Methyl Folate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate or (6S)-5-MTHF) is a highly biologically active form of folate.* Quatrefolic® is the 4th generation development in folate delivery. Due to the body’s limited ability – in addition to physiological stresses and individual variability – to transform synthetic folic acid into the active form of folate (which can lead to the accumulation of unmetabolized folic acid in the body and may interfere with the transport and metabolism of natural folates), supplementation with 5-MTHF is highly preferable.* Unlike folic acid, 5-MTHF can cross the blood-brain barrier and does not mask pernicious anemia.*

Methyl folate
I take one capsule a day for my system to treat and prevent low folate levels .in my system . My doctor recommended me to eat more greens and I don't get enough and I am so thankful for this product as it has solved these issues in my system

Methyl folate
These capsules of Methyl folate are just what I needed when I had lab work done as it showed that I wasn't getting enough greens in my diet . My Red blood cells were down low and my doctor recommended me to take one a day . I have had more blood labs drawn since that diagnoses and my red blood cells are up where they belong (Normal now) Yeah ! Thank you Becky for recommending these to me!
