When and How Do You Use Nano Spray?

have to ask for) twice a day (the 4 to 6-hour type or 1 12-hour capsule) and then at night I use
Benedryl, which also helps provide relief from sinus pressure and nasal congestion.
2) Flonase. Using Flonase will help reduce swelling in the nasal passage. To help with a sinus
infection you need to help clear the nasal passage. I use 2 sprays per nostril morning and night
(4 sprays per day per nostril).
3) Nano Spray. Using Nano Spray helps manage the microbiome of the nasal pathway. I suggest
using Nano Spray at different times of the day than when you take Flonase. The combination of
Nano Spray and Flonase works great. *"
