Thorne, Meriva 500-SF
I've only been taking this for a week, but I no longer have to take ibuprofen every day for hip and knee pain. I am waiting for a couple of weeks to pass to see if this continues to help. Ibuprofen is very hard on my stomach, so I will be very happy if I can take this instead.
