WILD LETTUCE LEAF - For further details, please click on the link...

KNOWN AS "NATURE'S MORPHINE"

Lactuca virosa - Certified Organic, grain alcohol 60%, spring water. Strength 1:5.

Calming; promotes relaxation and rest.*

Summary: Wild lettuce works similarly to an opiate but is completely safe and non-addictive.  It works through the central nervous system that helps divorce the brain from the pain.  It is also uplifting and at the same time helps with relaxation and sleep.  For more information go HERE

Precautions: None.

Suggested Use: Shake well. Twelve years and older, add 1-4 ml (15-60 drops) to a small amount of water and drink. Use 3-4 times daily as needed. To evaporate alcohol before drinking, add to a cup of heated water (no microwave!) and allow to sit for ten minutes before drinking. If an herb is appropriate for children, herb doses for children under 12 are typically 1/2 the adult dose; adjust by weight accordingly or check with a qualified practitioner.

    Wild Lettuce Extract

"Wild Lettuce extract is another superb product from Rebecca. It calms minor pains and settles the nerves. You can use it several times during the day and combined with Arnica gives good relief."

    Wild Lettuce Extract

Now, with the Wild Lettuce Leaf liquid extract, I think that the dose could be stronger--maybe twice the amount of leaves to make the extract. For us big guys (180 lbs) it would make a difference. The dose, as it is, takes about 20 minutes to work on an empty stomach. It's a nice sophorific effect. Sincerely, Henry A. Clymer
