Description:
Natural progesterone in a moisturizing cream can be applied to the face, neck, inner arms, chest, breasts, hands or soles of the feet. The cream is readily absorbed and leaves no trace after a few minutes. During absorption the cream by-passes the liver and goes to specific receptor sites where progesterone is needed.
Ingredients:
Water, Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides (This is coconut), Glyceral Stearate, Stearic Acid, Glycerin (Plant Derived), Progesterone (USP, Bio-Identical,Natural Progesterone), Cetyl Alcohol, Tocopherol (Natural Vitmain E from Alfafa), Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot) Root Extract, Beta-Carotene, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus (Lemongrass) Oil, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) Leaf Extract, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Rosmarinus Officinals (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Citric Acid, Silver Citrate, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Hydroxide.
There are 600 milligrams of USP Natural Progesterone per ounce, so there are 1200 milligrams in each tube of the Eve’s Cream.
There are 25 milligrams of USP Natural Progesterone per 1/4 tsp (= to a 1 inch strip from the pump).

IF YOU ARE:
Post menopause (not menstruating), have had a Hysterectomy, Oophorectomy (removal of ovaries), or have Osteoporosis:
Use ¼ tsp. twice a day for 21 to 25 days a month. After three months, reduce to 1/8 tsp. twice a day. Do not use the first week of each month to give receptors a break.
Note: Occasionally, upon beginning use of natural progesterone, a post-menopausal woman could experience some break-through bleeding. This is the body's way of getting rid of excess estrogen. If this continues longer than several months, you should consult a physician.
Menstruating on a monthly cycle:
Use ¼ tsp two times a day after ovulation (usually 12 or 14 days from the first day of menstrual flow) through day 26 of your cycle. You do not use natural progesterone while menstruating. However, if you experience menstrual cramps, try rubbing a small amount of cream on the lower abdomen. For migraines, rub cream on the back of your neck.
Pre-Teen and Teens 100 lbs or less:
Use 1/16 tsp. of cream two times a day after ovulation (usually days 12 or 14) through day 26, for 3 to 6 months. If symptoms return, resume using cream to maintain good hormonal balance.
Experiencing Endometriosis or Uterine Fibroids:
Use ¼ to ½ tsp. of cream twice per day beginning on the 8th day of your cycle until the 26th day. After 6 months, use ¼ tsp. two times a day after ovulation (usually day 12 or 14) through day 26.
Wanting to get Pregnant:
Use ¼ tsp. twice a day, days 8 thru 26 for two months. On the third month, use ¼ tsp. twice a day, the day following ovulation through day 26. If there is a possibility of pregnancy, DO NOT stop using the cream until you take a pregnancy blood test at day 26. If negative, then resume scheduled use. If test is positive, use as directed for pregnancy.
During Pregnancy:
Use ¼ tsp. three times a day from conception. In third trimester, gradually decrease and discontinue 2 weeks before scheduled delivery time. Apply primarily to abdomen, breasts, lower back, and upper thighs (where it will help prevent stretch marks).
NOTE: Do not use for at least one month after delivery if you are breast-feeding. Will not harm the baby but should not be introduced until lactation is well-established.
Breast-Feeding:
If you are breast-feeding and experience symptoms of PMS, Post-Partum Depression, or Estrogen Dominance, you may use natural progesterone cream no sooner than 30 days after delivery. Use 1/8 tsp twice daily for three weeks per month until regular cycle occurs, then resume usage as a woman menstruating.

Eve's generational formula
This is a life saver since the one I used to use came from a company that closed. This type of cream got me through menapause without the sweats and heavy flowing.
