Chaste Tree berry (Vitex agnus-castus), Cramp bark (Viburnum opulus), Yarrow leaf & flower (Achillea millefolium), Angelica root(Angelica archangelica), Motherwort herb (Leonurus cardiaca), Red raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus), Oatstraw (Avena sativa). Grain alcohol 60%, spring water. Strength 1:5.

Suggested Use: Shake well. Add 2-6 ml (1 "squirt is about 1 ml or 15 drops) to a small amount of water and drink 3-4 times daily. Begin using about one week before period begins.
Suggested Use: Shake well. Add 2-4 "squirts" (what comes up in one draw of the dropper - it will not be full; approximately 15 drops per "squirt") to a bit of warm water and drink 3-4 times daily as needed. Take one day off out of each seven for enhanced overall response.
