Why I love this multi for most teens and adults:
- Contains a full 2000 IU vitamin D3 PLUS the K2 to go with it; K2 helps transport the calcium absorbed with the help of vitamin D3 into the bones rather than having it settle in the soft tissues, where, in the arteries, it is the major constituent of arterial plaque.
- Contains a full 200 mcg of selenium, which is very important when people are supplementing with iodine, which virtually all of my clients are at my recommendation for thyroid health, cancer prevention, and because we don't get enough from our diet.

Suggested Use
