Suggested Use

NOW Probiotic 10 25 billion
I think the cap design is faulty. It does not seem secure to me. I did know that the probiotic is to be taken between meals or on an empty. I find that to be difficult most days. If it did not have to be refrigerated, I could bring a pill with me when I am not at home.
