Skullcap herb (Scutellaria lateriflora), Passionflower herb (Passiflora incarnata). Grain alcohol 60%, spring water. Strength 1:5.

Skullcap is a lovely nervine with muscle relaxant properties; Passionflower is reputed for "quieting brain chatter."
Suggested Use: Shake well. Add 2-4 "squirts" (what comes up in one draw of the dropper - it will not be full; approximately 15 drops per "squirt") to a bit of warm water and drink 3-4 times daily as needed or just at bedtime. A lower dose will promote relaxation, while a higher dose will more directly affect sleep. May repeat upon midnight awakening if desired.
