 Not EASY in our modern times due to contamination of our bodies through our food supply, commonly prescribed drugs and medical treatments, air pollution, you name it.

DIET - avoid processed foods, limit sugar and simple-carb consumption - eat as PURE as possible:

  • Animal foods without hormones/antibiotics - grass-fed, organic, free-range best
  • Eat plenty of SATURATED FATS - butter, animal lard, tropic oils such as coconut and palm
  • Plenty of omega-3 fatty acids as found in fatty fish (be careful of mercury, however); can find this in nutritional supplements
  • Mucmore to say, but this is a GOOD START!

  • AVOID unnecessary MEDICATIONS & MEDICAL THERAPIES!    Such as, vaccinations, medications routinely given prior to medical procedures (i.e., Versed before things as routine as colonoscopy), mammograms, much more!
