Chaste Tree berry (Vitex agnus-castus), Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus), Motherwort herb (Leonurus cardiaca), Lemon Balm herb (Melissa officinalis). Grain alcohol 60%, distilled spring water. Strength 1:5.

Suggested Use: Add 2-4 ml (about 15 drops/ml or one draw of the dropper - will not be full) to a bit of water and drink or take straight. May be sipped as a tea when added to a cup of hot water (do not use a microwave oven to heat water). May increase and adjust dose as needed.

exactly what I needed!
