Product Description
Dupuytren's, Ledderhosen, and Peyronie's Disease are characterized by a hardening of the tissues in the palm of the hand (Dupuytren's contracture), the soles of the feet (Ledderhosen) and the penis (Peyronie's disease).
I formulated this topical product to assist with loosening and releasing the tissues. To my great delight, EVERYONE who has tried has had excellent results. Because these are devastating conditions usually treated with surgery, I was thrilled with this outcome.
Active Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride, DMSO, Castor Oil, Potassium Iodide, Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), Tamanu Oil
A little goes a very long way. Apply to affected areas and massage for several minutes at least twice daily.
How This Formula Supports Tissue Softening & Remodeling
Dupuytren’s contracture, Ledderhose disease, and Peyronie’s disease are all forms of localized fibrosis — meaning the body produces excessive, disorganized collagen that hardens and contracts tissue. Over time, this can lead to thickened cords in the palm, nodules in the sole of the foot, or plaque formation in penile tissue.
Rather than simply masking symptoms, this topical formula was designed to support healthy tissue remodeling at the source.
Why the Ingredients Matter
DMSO
DMSO allows the active ingredients to penetrate deeply into dense connective tissue. It also supports circulation, reduces local inflammation, and has been studied for its ability to soften indurated (hardened) tissue.
Potassium Iodide
Historically used for fibrotic and glandular thickening, iodide helps support normal tissue architecture and healthy collagen turnover. It encourages balance where tissue has become overly dense and rigid.
Magnesium Chloride
Magnesium supports relaxation at the cellular level and helps calm excessive contractile signaling within tight, fibrotic tissue. It also supports healthy collagen structure and local energy production.
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol)
A powerful antioxidant that helps protect tissue from oxidative stress — one of the drivers of fibrosis. Vitamin E has been studied for its supportive role in maintaining tissue elasticity, particularly in Peyronie’s disease.
Castor Oil
Traditionally used to soften connective tissue and support lymphatic flow, castor oil helps improve local circulation and assists the body’s natural remodeling processes.
Tamanu Oil
Known for its regenerative and soothing properties, tamanu oil supports healthy tissue repair and microcirculation while helping maintain skin integrity.
The Synergy
This is not a simple moisturizer. It is a thoughtfully layered formula designed to:
-
Support healthy collagen turnover
-
Encourage softening of hardened tissue
-
Improve local circulation
-
Calm inflammatory signaling
-
Promote balanced tissue remodeling
The result? Gradual loosening and improved pliability of affected areas.
Because these conditions are often considered surgical problems, the consistent improvement seen with this formula has been especially meaningful.
