Rebecca comments: I use this formula every single morning; 3-4 "squirts"! It is an excellent tonic for the brain, the adrenal "stress" glands, and overall wellness. If you only do one herbal tonic formula on a regular basis, this is it!
Suggested Use: Shake well. Add 2-4 "squirts" (what comes up in one draw of the dropper - it will not be full; approximately 15 drops per "squirt") to a bit of warm water and drink 1-4 times daily as desired. Take one day off out of each seven for enhanced overall response.
Precautions: Not for use during pregnancy. Contraindicated in epilepsy. Many medicinal plants contain natural blood-thinning properties, so use with caution if using blood-thinning medications.
